Every Change is a Possibility to Grow – Adopt a Growth Mind-Set Digitalisation, globalisation and urbanisation is a strong driving force on the labour market. It is not new! But more and more people feel that something dramatically has changed since the smartphone arrived on the market. It is more important than ever to stay up-to-date with new tools such as Social Media and Apps but also to adopt to a new way of social and communicational behaviour. The way we find information, communicate and organise communication in social groups has changed our way to learn and find answers. Communication is quicker and so is the feed-back. If you are actively looking for a job, in a process to take a step towards a career change or in a transformational change in a company, you must stay tuned with new technologies and adopt a new social behaviour. Many jobs that excisted five years ago are not on the job market anylonger. On the other hand, there are many new interesting jobs on the labour market! That did not excist for only three years ago. How willing are you to learn new things? How frustrated are you? How easily do you give up? How do take a failure? Do you consider yourself smart? Do you consider your IQ important? What are your transferable skills? Future labour market will require a Growth Mind-Set! But what does it take?
