Digitalisation, globalisation and urbanisation is a strong driving force on the labour market. It is not new! But more and more people feel that something dramatically has changed since the smartphone arrived on the market. It is more important than ever to stay up-to-date with new tools such as Social Media and Apps but also to adopt to a new way of social and communicational behaviour. The way we find information, communicate and organise communication in social groups has changed our way to learn and find answers. Communication is quicker and so is the feed-back.
