We make decisions based on
whether we are happy, angry, sad,
bored, or frustrated. We choose
activities and hobbies based on
the emotions.

• Suprise
• Happiness
• Love
Basic emotions
4. Anger
Anger is a natural emotion
that each of us experience.
It depends on you if anger
will be put to constructive
or destructive use.
When it‘s used correctly it can
for example motivate us
into action to complete a
task or right an injustice.
„When anger raises, think of
the consequences“
Confucius
5. Fear
Fear is a natural reaction to a
perceived threat, real or imagined.
It can be somethink that we don‘t
understand or we don‘t like.
„The only thing
we have to fear is fear itself“
F.D. Roosevelt
6. Sadness
It‘s profound sense of emptiness. You
can‘t barely raise your head, feel
your soul. You are like dead in
those moments. It‘s key to
happiness, because when you
come back, you realize, how
magical things can be.
7. Suprise
Suprise is a brief emotional state that is the
result of experiencing an unexpected
event (see pic.). It can have any valence;
that is, it can be neutral, pleasant, or
unpleasant.
8. Happiness
It‘s ability to „Always look on the bright side
of life“ (Eric Idle).
It‘s ability to laugh for a good reason, ability
to cry for those in pain. The experience
of both in life leads to know what
happiness is.
„I‘ve shed enough tears
to understand the joy.“
Unknown
9. Love
Is to be honest, feel comfortable with
a person you love and accept the
person for who they are.
Love means many things for many
situations, it just depends on which
situation are you, and what kind of
love do you feel
„Keep love in your heart.
A life without it is
like a sunless garden
when the flowers are dead.“
Oscar Wilde
