  4. 4. Stacie Wilk, Executive Search Consultant <ul><li>Stacie Wilk is the Senior Search Consultant in the Greenville, SC office of Westport Intl. She joined the firm in 2006 from Spherion Corporation where she served as a senior recruiter in the Professional Recruiting Group. There, Stacie successfully led professional recruiting projects for this $2 billion leader in professional level search for the diversified industrial manufacturing sector. </li></ul><ul><li>Prior to Spherion, Stacie was an Executive Recruiter at T.K. Search, a Chicago-based executive search firm specializing in service industry retained search, and a corporate recruiter in the hospitality sector before that. She has conducted and successfully completed numerous executive search assignments across multiple industry sectors with clients ranging from start-ups and early stage venture work, to companies with several hundred million dollars in revenue, to the Fortune 500. Additionally, she has conducted several searches with international businesses in Europe, Asia/Pacific, and Latin America where focus has been on identifying individuals with considerable experience on a global level. Her focus has always been on identifying world-class talent with the highest quality client and candidate experience. </li></ul><ul><li>Before entering the recruiting field, Stacie spent several years on the corporate side in business operating roles of increasing leadership. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). </li></ul><ul><li>Stacie also leads senior-level contingency search projects for Pin Point Solutions. </li></ul>

Dunlavey, President <ul><li>Dennis Dunlavey is the owner and President of Westport Intl, an innovative executive search and management services firm dedicated to strategically recruiting elite leadership throughout Europe, Asia, and the United Stares while building enduring client relationships. He was formerly the Global Staffing Manager of Eaton Corporation, a $12 billion dollar diversified industrial organization with over 150 manufacturing locations. Eaton is a premier supplier of automotive, power quality, fluid conveyance, and truck components, employing 63,000 people worldwide in 125 countries. </li></ul><ul><li>In his role with Eaton, Dennis managed an internal global recruiting staff responsible for all professional, management, and executive positions through the level of Vice President, via recruiting offices in Cleveland, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Shanghai. He also had responsibility for upgrading the company’s diversity hiring activities with excellent results. Over the ensuing three years, Eaton’s new hires included more than 40% diverse candidates for all professional, management, and executive openings managed through his internal recruiting operation. Dennis was awarded Eaton’s prestigious CEO Gamechanger Award for 2003. </li></ul><ul><li>As a seasoned industry executive, Dennis was also Managing Director for a $4 billion human capital services company with regional profit and loss responsibility. His group increased sales a minimum of 60% annually during a four-year period and was consistently recognized as a top 5% performer. </li></ul><ul><li>Dennis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Logistics from John Carroll University. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Our Staff <ul><li>Beth Tong-Miller, Managing Partner - Beth joined Westport Intl in 2006 as the Managing Partner of our Cleveland, OH office. She had previously led global talent acquisition at Eaton Corporation in Ohio. Beth has nearly 20 years of expertise in both executive search and corporate recruiting, including at Christian & Timbers. She has her bachelors degree University of Kentucky. </li></ul><ul><li>Laura Brown - Laura joined Westport Intl in 2008 after managing her own executive search practice for over 6 years. Her clients included Fortune 500 and private/venture organizations. Laura started her search career at Christian & Timbers where she conducted Officer Level searches in the semiconductor/photonics, biotechnology, and software practice areas. Laura holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University. </li></ul><ul><li>Sara Kosmer - Sara joined Westport Intl 3 years ago after completing her bachelors degree at the University of Dayton. She heads research for Westport Intl and our new research firm, Ozeaka. </li></ul><ul><li>Alicia Ivey - Alicia is the newest member to the Westport team. Alicia came to us from MDI specializing in Technical and Managerial roles for Fortune 500 organizations in the telecom industry. She studied at Clemson University. </li></ul>

We don’t bill on options, grants, etc. </li></ul><ul><li>We charge no research, communication or administrative charges. The only fees we pass on to the client are for customer approved video/in person executive assessments of top candidates. </li></ul><ul><li>We have performance based billings. Most search firms charge on time. We only charge on performance milestones after the initial retainer-in person client interviews of the candidates slate and successful completion of the search. </li></ul>
