This document proposes improvements to the placement services at AKTU to better connect students with job opportunities. It requests integrating the Rozgar online platform with AKTU's ERP system to standardize student profiles, improve the mobile app for faster response times, and enhance data collection to help employers find qualified candidates. The current placement trends show only 4% of graduating students obtain placements each year, with gaps in screening candidates and slow notification/response times. Implementing Rozgar's features like real-time tracking, skills recommendations, and automated processes could potentially increase placement rates, improve the university's brand, and provide visibility into skills gaps to help students upgrade their qualifications.
