21. Probation of Employee:
All appointed employees will be placed on a probationary period
Probationary Period:
• Assistant Managers and below 6 months
• Managers and above 6 months
• Confirmation of Employee: after successful completion of the
probationary period.
22. Promotion & Transfers
Promotion:
• employee who has completed at last 2 years service in the existing
post/pay scale considered.
• in case an employee delivers extraordinary results consistently may relax
the condition of 2 years
Transfer:
• Transfer could be made at any time in need of service

• Privilege/Earned Leave: 14 calendar days for each completed year of
service with PHDEC.
