    • NAVIGATOR DP : shipbuilding sector - Management of Changes through workers’ and companies’ learning
    • EXPERIENCE DP : all sectors - innovative measures and suggestion of institutional steps towards to an integrated management of active ageing
    • EP-ENDYSI DP : clothing sector - development of models, tools, methodologies and institutional procedures for adaptation of the sector’s enterprises and HR to new differentiation strategies and employment quality
    • ARIADNI DP : handcrafting sector - preservation, promotion and uprising of cultural heritage and reduction of unemployment in the sector

    • 2 know-how transfer workshops with experts from other member states
    • Mapping of the current situation in Greece
    • Multimedia “road map” of good
    • practices in Age Management
    • Mainstreaming activities
  • 5. MAIN ANTICIPATED RESULTS
    • Adapting solutions/ideas of European DPs to Greek conditions
    • Promoting innovative and effective practices on Age Management
    • Horizontal mainstreaming: adoption of results by organizations dealing with similar issues
    • Vertical mainstreaming: impact on systems, practices and policies on employment and social integration, at institutional, regulatory or administrative scale
