    • Why are we here? PresenTense’s Mission & Role of PresenTense Staff With thanks to Netflix for the inspiration, in the hope this would be seen as flattery
    • Why are we here? Our mission is to upgrade the Jewish Operating System How will we do it? Grow Pioneers
    • Why this presentation now? PresenTense is the leading young start-up in the Jewish World – with potential for huge growth. This is an exciting time – we want to get this right.
    • How will we get it right? We will find pioneers through our Community We will provide vehicles and gatherings to inspire their Creativity We will equip those risk-takers to become pioneers
      • We need excellent staff to provide the backbone in our organizing framework
      • We will be held accountable for creating opportunities for our chaverim (citizens) to generate new opportunities through pioneering ventures for themselves and their peers
      • Staff in the organization will be held to the highest standard so as to use those resources at their most effective and efficient.
