CCA mails its diplomas to graduated students approximately three months after their degrees are posted in the CCA computer. These diplomas are mailed via Certified Mail, return receipt requested, through the U.S. Postal Service. Students are directed to provide their addresses after graduation on the online Graduation Form found on the Student Affairs webpage. In past semesters, CCA used to require International Students to supply domestic addresses in the United States to which their diplomas would be mailed because Certified Mail cannot be sent outside of the United States. By providing domestic U.S. addresses of friends or family members, International students who had returned to their home countries could still receive their diplomas if their friends or families would agree to forward the diploma for them. While CCA still encourages International Students to provide domestic U.S. addresses for their diploma mailings, CCA is now willing to send diplomas to graduated students’ international addresses via Federal Express.
