Aug 1st – Fall Quarter bills are generated by the Bursar’s
Aug 22nd – Fall Quarter bills are due
Aug 31st – Fall Quarter Financial Aid disburses to accounts
Sep 2nd – Refunds initiated by Bursar’s Office
Sep 3rd-4th – Students can start seeing refunds in their bank accounts
if they have direct deposit
Sep 18th – Last day for 100% refund for dropped classes
Sep 25th – Last day for 75% refund for dropped classes
Oct 2nd – Last day for 50% refund for dropped classes

11. Immunizations
• University of Denver policy require most students to show proof of
immunization against measles, mumps, rubella, meningitis, influenza,
and COVID-19.
• Learn more about obtaining immunizations, submitting vaccination
records, or how to request exemptions.

• Classes are being held on campus
• While we cannot prevent every COVID-19 infection, we are confident
we can mitigate the spread by implementing several tactics: Testing,
contract tracings, symptom monitoring, and prevention.
