The Owner & Managing Partner of Easy Consult has a solid professional background, 17 years of which gained
on senior management roles in Germany. He has immensely contributed to the Bulgarian HR services market
development throughout the years and has created one of the first and leading job portals in Bulgaria. Ivaylo
Slavov has held the position of Country Manager and had regional responsibility for the overall business of
Adecco Bulgaria and was personally in charge of its positioning and development on the hospitality market.
Besides his work in the HR industry, he brings in his experience from Microsoft Germany in the Bulgarian IT-
service market whereby he as CEO of the IT and outsourcing company BulPros Consulting Inc. was able to gain
the trust and the acknowledgement of many international clients and partners and the ICT Employer of the
Year 2013 award.
Easy Consult’s Delivery Manager was Recruitment Director at Adecco Bulgaria for over 5 years before joining
us. Marina Naykova has completed her higher education abroad and has led numerous Management and
Executive Search projects in the hotel business .
Our Business Manager obtained his hospitality degrees in Germany and Austria and has a proven track record of
over 15 years international hospitality experience gained in Austria, Germany and Bulgaria, 8 years of which in

The Coach of Easy Consult’s mission to export our staffing services from Bulgaria in other EU-countries has more
than 25 years of international experience in the Hotel Industry, including opening and managing hotels in a
variety of countries. After over 8 years with Steigenberger Hotels Henning Krippendorff gained his recognition
as Director of Operations of Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, where he was overseeing the performance and the
development of properties in 6 countries.
