Toserba Mahakam buying product that they would like to sell again from three agency company they are PT. BOROBUDUR, Jl. Kalimalang No.12 Jakarta. PT. GARUDA WISNU, Jl. Rasuna Said No. 64 Jakarta Selatan, PT HASANUDIN, Jl. Merdeka Utara No. 12 Jakarta Pusat. For their, selling products and for the necessary for their buyer, the agency company. They give the price list. Selling by agency company can be done by credit or cash. In generally, Toserba Mahakam sell product to customer in cash, but also in credit especially to two hotels, there are PELANGI HOTEL, Jl. Jatayu No.112 Jakarta Utara and KARTIKA HOTEl, Jl. Sarimanis No.22 at Summit, Bogor. Credit transaction can be done both with agency and customer have a term of payment 2/10,n/30, that means discount 2 % will be given if the payment doing in 10 days period. After the transaction and they didn’t give the discount if the payment more than 10 days and deadlines of credit are 30 days after the transaction. Toserba Mahakam pay the creditor with bilyet giro or check and accept the payment from the debitur with the some way. The company have an account in Politeknik Bank, the account number is 398712. Toserba Mahakam have to employee consist of four staff, one manager, one administration supervisor, one financial supervisor, one inventory supervisor and six employee’s staff. They are two cashier staff and four warehouse staff.
