  • 1. How to Add LinkedIn to your E-Mail Signature Given by Mark Troncone MBA, PMP ®
  • 2. Step 1
    • Copy the image you want to have in the
    • signature (e.g.   or   or
    • whatever) onto the clip board (right click on the
    • image and select copy ).
    • The URL for the images is here:
    • http://www.linkedin.com/profile?promoteProfile
  • 3. Step 2
    • Go to the Signature area in Yahoo or whatever email system you are using (Options, Mail Options… Signature)
    • Click <Rich Text> at the top right of the signature box
    • Paste the image below your name where you want it in the signature (you can use ctrl-V)
  • 4. Step 3
    • Single click on the image so that the image
    • is selected inside the signature (it will look
    • something like this):
    Mark Troncone, MBA, PMP ®
  • 5. Step 4
    • Click on the Hyperlink button on the editor toolbar (hyperlink button looks like this: )
    • Enter the hyperlink to your profile. It will look something like this:
    http://www.linkedin.com/in/marktroncone http://www.linkedin.com/in/marktroncone http://www.linkedin.com/in/marktroncone
  • 6. Step 5
    • Click OK, and Save Changes to the signature.
    • You should now see your LinkedIn signature on all of the emails that you create – whether “ Reply ” or “ New ”.
