How To Add Linked In To Your E Mail Signature

  1. 1. How to Add LinkedIn to your E-Mail Signature Given by Mark Troncone MBA, PMP ®

Step 1 <ul><li>Copy the image you want to have in the </li></ul><ul><li>signature (e.g.   or   or </li></ul><ul><li>whatever) onto the clip board (right click on the </li></ul><ul><li>image and select copy ). </li></ul><ul><li>The URL for the images is here: </li></ul><ul><li>http://www.linkedin.com/profile?promoteProfile </li></ul>

Step 2 <ul><li>Go to the Signature area in Yahoo or whatever email system you are using (Options, Mail Options… Signature) </li></ul><ul><li>Click <Rich Text> at the top right of the signature box </li></ul><ul><li>Paste the image below your name where you want it in the signature (you can use ctrl-V) </li></ul>
  4. 4. Step 3 <ul><li>Single click on the image so that the image </li></ul><ul><li>is selected inside the signature (it will look </li></ul><ul><li>something like this): </li></ul>Mark Troncone, MBA, PMP ®
  5. 5. Step 4 <ul><li>Click on the Hyperlink button on the editor toolbar (hyperlink button looks like this: ) </li></ul><ul><li>Enter the hyperlink to your profile. It will look something like this: </li></ul>http://www.linkedin.com/in/marktroncone http://www.linkedin.com/in/marktroncone http://www.linkedin.com/in/marktroncone
