Cultural studies uses contemporary cultural
artefacts to study the society and its culture.
“Primarily culture is connected with the
production and the exchange of meanings…
between the members of society or group”- Hall.
Any cultural artefacts has to be undergone the
examination of five basic elements. And this this
five elements together constitute ‘circuit of
culture’ the term ‘circuit of culture’ was given by
Paul du Gay et al in 1997.
