• We shall consider how we as Christians
can live and be a blessing to our country
and avoid being ruined by the sin that
surrounds us.
– Regardless of the situation we find
ourselves in. Philippians 4:11-12
– No matter what man says. Acts 5:29
– Inspect all that we listen to. Acts 17:11

3. God’s Truth
Shall Prevail!
• For many the Journey to America was for
religious freedom. James 1:27; 2 Tim.2:9-10
• The Truth of Christ does make us free.
John 8:32, 34, 36; Psalm 100:5
• America, our temporary home has the ten
spies (so to speak). Hebrews 11:13-16;
Numbers 13-14
– Listen to the faithful, not those with an evil
report. Phil. 4:8; Num.13:30; 14:6-9,11
– Believe God! Num. 13:2; John 1:17; 14:6

4. Beware of Enemies!
• We are not ignorant of their devices.
– They will use lies (all types of
disinformation)... 2 Cor. 2:11; Jn. 8:44
– They will attack in every way they can:
• Government… Acts 4:13-22
• Education… Isaiah 5:20-21
• Physically… Acts 21:26-36
• Religiously… Acts 24:10-21;20:29-30;
Colossians 2:8
• Family… Matthew 10:34-36
• Spiritual forces… Ephesians 6:11-13

5. Be Strong in the Lord!
Ephesians 6:10
• We can overcome and do all things
through Christ… 1 Jn. 5:4; Phil. 4:13
• God will always faithfully stand with us
and never leave us even when things
seem bad. Hebrews 13:5-6
• But we must be the salt of the earth
and the light of the world wherever we
live. Matthew 5:13-14
– Proclaim liberty, truth, and justice!
James 2:12; Luke 4:18; Micah 6:8;
Gal. 4:16; Ps. 141:5; Prov. 9:8

6. The Land of the Free and
Home of the Brave
• God has blessed us because many
have followed Him. 1 Cor. 16:13
• We need to be ready to defend His
cause. 1 Peter 3:15; 1 Tim. 3:15
• Pulling down the strongholds of evil.
2 Corinthians 10:3-6
• Putting on the whole armor of God!
Ephesians 6:10-17

7. Let Christ’s Word
Dwell and Rule In You!
• Be an active part of God’s kingdom.
Colossians 3:12-17
• Become a reason that God blesses
America. 2 Chron. 7:14; Acts 10:35
• Help prepare the future generations to
seek the Lord. Hos. 4:6; Ps. 78:4-8;
Ps. 22:30-31; Zeph. 2:3; Hos. 10:12;
Prov. 28:5; 2 Chron. 12:14; 1 Chron.
28:9; 16:11

8. Spread the Gospel of Christ!
• Let freedom ring, into all the world…
Mark 16:15-16
• Christ will save them… Eph. 1:7
• To be saved one must: Acts 16:30, 32
– Hear and learn the Truth… Jn. 6:45;17:17
– Believe the gospel... Romans 1:16
– Repent of sin… Acts 2:38
– Confess Jesus... Acts 8:37
– Be Baptized into Christ. Rom. 6:3-6
– Then, Be faithful… Rev. 2:10; Mt. 28:20
