Clarification of definitions/objectives/curriculum
Validation of resources, training courses, teaching
programmes, registered expert organisations
Context: teaching environment is over-sanitised, lack of
clarity on legal issues/responsibilities/school policies
Pedagogical approach: poorly adapted to what young
people do online, lack of framework, suitable licenses…
Incident handling: poor information (e.g. on privacy,
cyberbullying) & no contact data for specialised services
Blocking: no solution as it often blocks useful content
