Summer Fun: Inexpensive Activities for Your Family in
Wilmington, NC
So, the kids are out of school for

Just about everyone enjoys museums and we have a great one here in
Wilmington. The Cape Fear Museum is located at 814 Market Street and has
tons of events coming up. For example, if you are intrigued by storms, check
out Stormfest Saturday June 20th between 10am and 4pm. Visit their

Are you trying to figure out something to do with the family for Father's
Day? Sunday, June 21st at 9am is Father's Day at the Aquarium. Admission
to the North Carolina Aquarium is FREE for all Dads on Father's Day. They
are also hosting a Father's Day BBQ from 11:30am to 1:00pm. Reservations
for the BBQ are required as spaces are limited. Contact the Aquarium today

For those with little girls who love fairy tales, check out Story Time by the
Sea at Ocean Front Park in Kure Beach on July 8th. Story time features an
appearance by the princess and some other fairy tale friends for a morning

best part is that admission is FREE!
For the special little boys in your life who love superheroes, they can meet
real live local superheroes July 16th at the Northeast Regional Library at
3:30pm. This event is free and features local animal control, K-9 officers,
Firefighters, Emergency Managers, Hurricane Trackers and much more! For

On June 26th to June 27th starting at 7pm, adults can enjoy dinner and a
show at TheatreNOW. Summers at Seabreeze is a performance that
celebrates the memories of a special getaway for African Americans during
