    role conflicts

   allocation conflicts
  competition conflicts
need conflicts
goal conflicts

different goals inside the
same organization lead easily
to conflicts. one example is
the conflict between sales
and administration about the
settlement of applications.
the sales would like to see all
applications settled, but the
administration has rules to
follow, which sometimes
does’t allow the settlement of
applications.
method conflicts

the same goals are projected
but the ways (methods) to
reach the goals differ. a
classical example is the
struggle between the CEO
and the leading directors in
sales about the investments
to be done.
value conflicts

the activities of involved
people are in conflict with
their beliefs and values. one
example is the change of
sales talks, which can lead to
heavy conflicts between the
beliefs about the market-
needs.
role conflicts

a change inside the hierarchy
can create a role conflict, as
the new appointed manager
has to find his role inside his
new job.
allocation conflicts

allocation conflicts appear,
when limited material
(money, awards) or
immaterial goods (control)
are to be distributed or
allocated inside an
organization. tension is
created and can lead to deep
consequences inside the
social relations.
competition conflicts

the question about the
hierarchal leadership inside
an organization can lead to
heavy struggles for the “first
place”.
need conflicts

if persons are detained to
fulfill their personal needs, a
conflict can arise. an example
shows the person, who was
promised a car from the
company. he planned with it
already, but the award was
postponed and therefore lead
to a conflict.
