    Grade 11 CAPS/COPS/COPES inventories
    Grade 11/12 Individual/Group Counselling (Career Cruising resource)
    Support for TOKW, SYA, Apprenticeship Credits, Job Shadowing, etc.
    CWEX offered to all Sun West School Division Students
    Career Fair in alternate years.
    Continued career development networking team meetings
    Continued Regional CD Parent Nights

    Accident Report Procedures:
    1.  Get medical attention if required.  The employer should provide appropriate first aid and arrange immediate transportation of the worker to the hospital.
    2.  Have health care provider report to the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB)
    3. Complete the E1 Form (in the Policy/Procedure manual) and follow outlined steps - within 3 days of accident.  The form should be completed by the employer in conjunction with the CWEX teacher. The E1 form, along with a copy of the Schedule B agreement must be faxed to the PAA coordinator at the Ministry of Education (306-787-2223). 
    4.  Complete the W1 Form (in the Policy/Procedure manual) and follow outlined steps.
    5. Complete Marsh incident report. For a claim, the student and family needs to be given information with respect to filing a claim under our Student Accident Insurance policy. Information is in the forms section on our website:
