CWEX<br />Accident Report Procedures:<br /> 1.  Get medical attention if required.  The employer should provide appropriate first aid and arrange immediate transportation of the worker to the hospital.<br /> 2.  Have health care provider report to the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB)<br /> 3. Complete the E1 Form (in the Policy/Procedure manual) and follow outlined steps - within 3 days of accident.  The form should be completed by the employer in conjunction with the CWEX teacher. The E1 form, along with a copy of the Schedule B agreement must be faxed to the PAA coordinator at the Ministry of Education (306-787-2223).  <br /> 4.  Complete the W1 Form (in the Policy/Procedure manual) and follow outlined steps.<br /> 5. Complete Marsh incident report. For a claim, the student and family needs to be given information with respect to filing a claim under our Student Accident Insurance policy.
