Using our own good practice we’ve created an area to show what can be achieved in Blackboard, and then shared the resources staff have used in their examples (e.g. rubrics, templates, discussion board examples)
Created multiple areas within the module, using images and descriptions to make it more friendly looking and then these resources are added to these areas.
Created groups and sign up sheets so staff can sign up to an area they’re particularly interested in e.g. accessibility, feedback and when new info goes up we can email the people signed up to this group

Future plans:
Look to replicate a TEL Me More type event across all colleges, possibly starting with ones where we’ve had staff share good practice already
Currently TEL Me More takes place in out own training room, but would like to take it out of our space and into the staff’s space – so in the “atrium”/Learning Curve and on our other sites too,
Increase attendance
