  4. 4. To send a document…
  5. 5. Click “Send a document now”
  6. 6. 1. Use a „template‟ or pre- used document, or upload a new one2. And add the recipientshere. Add as many as youneed.
  7. 7. 3. Include the name and email text to be sent to each recipient4. And send
  8. 8. This is then sent to your signatories
  9. 9. Here, you can “View” the document progress, or “remind”those involved to sign the document
  10. 10. Signable makes a recorded paper trail, recording names, emails and IPaddresses of signatories, creating an almost unarguable defence againstfuture conflicts.
  11. 11. Signing parties receive anemail similar to this with a copy of the unsigned document and a link to securely sign
  12. 12. The email is recorded as coming from your email rather than Signable
  13. 13. Sign hereDate hereOnly the emailed party cansign their part
  14. 14. Signable alertsusersto unsignedsections.They cannotproceed unlessthey sign allelements
  15. 15. When users click ontheir signaturespace, they are metwith a signature box.This can be typed ordrawn in

  17. 17. Upon completionUsers then receive a final email with the fully signed contact.
  18. 18. Users can download a pdf of their signeddocument either from the previous screen or from their confirmation email

  20. 20. This is then saved on your account to downloadand redistribute later on.
  21. 21. A premium account includesyour own branded emails and signing area
  22. 22. The link send to signatories can be distributed through your own email system, so further attachments notrequiring a signature can be attached.
