used document, or upload a
new one

need.

email text to be sent to
each recipient

10. This is then sent to your
signatories

11. Here, you can “View” the document progress, or “remind”
those involved to sign the document

12. Signable makes a recorded paper trail, recording names, emails and IP
addresses of signatories, creating an almost unarguable defence against
future conflicts.

email similar to this with a
copy of the unsigned
document and a link to
securely sign

rather than Signable

Users then receive a final email with
the fully signed contact.

document either from the previous screen or
from their confirmation email

and redistribute later on.

your own branded emails and
