3. CREATE A NEW USER

4. New User:
To create a user, click in “NEW USER”
below the Sign in form, at the Users
home page at D4E Platform.

5. Complete all the User Data:
All the fields of the form must be
completed with the information
requested.
And the user will receive an
email to validate that account.

6. New User Email and Validation:
With the email that the user
receives, the account can be
activated, and the user Will be ask
to setup a password.
After that the user Will be ready to
start uploading or downloading
documents to the D4E Platform.

7. My Documents:
This is the first screen after a user
gets in to the D4E Platform.
It Will show the list of all the
documents that the user
uploaded or have access to that
are secure storage at D4e
Platform.

8. UPLOADING A NEW DOCUMENT

9. Upload a New Document:
Inside My Documents, at the
right top of my documents list, is
a yellow button, to start the
process of uploading a document
to the D4E Platform.
All the fields of the form must be
completed with the information
requested:
• Document Name and Notes.
• Document Conditions: Open
date and Open Condition.
• Authorized Persons
• Select the file to be uploaded.

10. Information Review:
The user can review all the
information before uploading the
document to the D4E Platform.

11. Payment:
The last step before the final
upload is the PAYMENT of the
service.

12. D4E Certificate:
Once everything is done in the
upload process, the user Will
receive a certificate. That can be
printed and sent to his/her email
account.

13. Upload a New Version of a Document
in My Docs List:
The user Will be able to see the
new document in “My Docs” list.
And in the future, new versions
of that same document can be
added.
The procedure to upload a new
versión of a document is the
same of uploading a new
document.

14. Document Information:
At “My Docs”, the user have
Access to a basic document
information.
The user can also download the
document.
Also a D4E Certificate of the
document can be generated
(payment included) at any time.

15. Download Document Certificate:
The user can generate a
Certificate of any of his/her
documents at any time.

16. Document Certificate :
This Certificate have all the
information that ensure that the
document stored at the D4E
Platform.

17. DOWNLOADING A DOCUMENT

18. Downloading a Document:
If a user was given an
authorization to Access a
document. It Will receive an
email with information of that
new access.
In that email it will be a FILE
ACCESS CODE that the user can
copy and paste in the “Document
ID” field inside DOWNLOAD
DOCUMENT at the user menú.
Once the D4E Platform validates
that the code gives access to the
document it open or download
the document at the users
computer or cellphone.
