Things to remember before filling out a new survey:
Please complete one survey by warehouse type (e.g. one for Dry, another
one for the Cooler and another for the Freezer)
Volumes and Hours must be broken down by warehouse. If labor is
shared between two warehouses we ask you to estimate what the breakdown is
between them.
Please use Paid Hours as opposed to Worked Hours

Upon submission of a survey:
You may be asked to
confirm or validate specific
sets of data.
In some cases, the system
may help make estimates
for missing data at the
user’s request.

12. After Submitting
the Survey
Your survey will be reviewed and approved by KOM International. You may
be contacted for clarifications.
Once approved, you will be able to access your Preliminary Report online.
You will also receive an email with the date
when your Confidential Individual Report and
Industry Insight will be available to download.

13. Results and Reports
Preliminary Report:
Is a partial, unaudited report showing preliminary productivity rates and a
summary of the facility’s operational profile.
Confidential Individual Report:
Is a complete, revised report showing current productivity rates as well as
the facility scorecard and industry benchmarking . It includes an
assessment of strengths as well as areas of opportunity.
Industry Insight:
Shows Industry wide productivity rates and
their correlations with different practices,
levels of operation and technology.
