This is my AV project that I did with my classmate Annie for my Advance Office Tech class.

2. 1-800-conference SBC Long Distance Conferencing Service. Includes: Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing, Web Conferencing, and Webcasting Solutions. SBC partnered w/ ConferencePlus in 1996 1-800-conference uniquely designed by SBC and for SBC customers.

3. What makes it unique? One of the highest customer satisfaction levels w/ over 95% ranking good or excellent. Only conference center run off a Centrex platform. Offers billing and reporting engine that enables customized billing and reporting. Fair approach to charging with no hidden charges

4. Audio services Three types: ConferenceNOW®, Automated Passcode, and Operator Assisted Services. Coordinator available 24 hours a day to set up calls and assist in selecting conference options.

5. conferenceNow® Reservation-less Automated Audio Service Host receives permanent Toll and Toll-Free phone numbers, participant code, and moderator code. Utilize the service up to 75 participants. Dial in and connect.

6. Automated passcode service No operator intervention. Host receives Toll-Free number, toll number (international) and a passcode (unique to the call) upon reservation. Participants dial the call-in number and enter passcode.

8. Operator-assisted service Full-time monitoring of each call. Live call answering by an operator. No limitations to the number of participants. Two types: Dial-in service Dial-out service

9. Dial-in Operated assisted “meet-me” service. Callers are greeted and validated by coordinator. Names announced as they are placed into conference. Can begin with a formal roll call

10. Dial-out Coordinator calls each participant and brings them to the conference. Called approximately 2 to 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting.

11. Enhanced features/ options Communications Line- private communication between host and an operator. Conference Recording- Digitally recording of the conference call. Transcription- available via paper copy or disk. Participants list- can be faxed and/or e-mailed. Participant Notification- e-mail, call or fax all participants to call and register for conference.

12. RSVP line- automated system that allows participants to call and register. Foreign Language Translation Digital Tape Replay- allows people who could not attend call back and here a playback of the meeting. Electronic Polling- track audience responses to questions or the key points of the meeting.
