17. What to do next?
Donations start rolling in!
This is a tool, like any other fundraising tool. It has to be used
wisely and you shouldn’t forget about the tried and tested
techniques that lead to successful fundraising.
18. Let people know they can support you

20. Campaigns
A call to action works best when it’s integrated into a wider series of
comms
If you’re already working on a campaign, consider adding
campaign-related content to the donate tab
Your fans may have received this content and it could be the extra
nudge they needed
Or they may be new to your organisation and never have seen a
campaign before
21. Corporate partners
Ask your corporate partners to add your donation app to their page
- they’re usually happy to promote you and they may have more
fans
Write a suggested update for them with a strong call to action
23. Facebook advertising
This is a powerful tool, assuming you know your target donors well
However, successful fundraising case studies are few and far
between
24. We want your case studies!
This is a UK first, so we’d love your feedback
How easy is it to use?
What could be improved?
How successful has it been for you?
