2. In his adolescence, Justin Krashefski was an
avid athlete, playing sports and staying fit
throughout his childhood. After high school,
he chose to enlist in the United States Coast
Guard, and his childhood athleticism paid off
during his basic training and general service.
3. After the Coast Guard, Krashefski became a police officer with the Fort Lauderdale
Police Department, and once again his physical prowess came in handy. Wanting
to share his passion for fitness with others, he is now pursuing a career in sports
medicine and plans to open a fitness studio in the future.
4. Justin Krashefski believes that through proper diet
and exercise individuals can significantly increase
their life expectancy. With this in mind, he began
working as a personal trainer and is currently
expanding his knowledge of exercise science at
Florida Atlantic University.
He wants to open a
fitness and lifestyle studio
after graduation to
encourage his clients to
practice efficacious and
responsible workouts.

6. Justin Krashefski began his career in personal training in an effort to not
only help others lose weight, but to do it with proper exercise habits
and good diet and nutrition. These are concepts Krashefski learned
during his five years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard and four years
as a Fort Lauderdale Police Officer. With plans to open a fitness studio
after earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Krashefski
hopes to develop effective fitness plans for his clients.
