3. Plot:
For the plot of our Thriller task we
have decided on the main part of the
short film being an interrogation. The
rough storyline we have come up with so
far is that a girl steals a mystery
item (which won’t be revealed)from a
house. On the way out of the house she
starts a fire to attempt to cover her
tracks. She is then found and chased
down by two ‘henchmen’. After being

captured she is question about her
actions and crime. The two henchmen
don’t stick too their given
instructions which results in a cliff
hanger ending when an unknown character
(the henchmen's boss) turns up and
shoots somebody.

SO are we have only discussed the
costumes for the two henchmen. The
two men will be wearing suits to go

14. Lighting:
As a group we liked the idea of having
chiaroscuro lighting. This could be either
ambient or non-ambient lighting. This
would work really well with our plot
because it could help bring a large amount
of focus onto the girl being interrogated
in the centre of the room.
A large amount of our lighting will depend
on what time of day we film ourstyle

or in the day, this is something we need

16. Title Options so far:
So far we have come up with two options
for the title of our thriller. We wanted
to come up with a name that stands
out, so the two titles we have so far
are in a foreign language. The two
titles are:
• Voleur (French)
Varas (Finnish)

These are both translations for the word
thief. We thought this would be an
appropriate title due to the plot of out
film.
