Innovative Technology Systems Inc. (ITS) a Kansas, USA based Company. ITS is an experienced biofuel project developer, and can provide an end-to-end solution including plantation development for the production of bio-oils on the front end through to the manufacture and construction of integrated oil extraction, and biodiesel facilities on the back end. The ITS solution includes machinery for the extraction of oil from seed or fruit, pre-treatment of the crude oils, and Biodiesel production, utilizing proprietary patented technology, and processes that are environmentally responsible, and a significant improvement from a greenhouse gas perspective compared to many current commercial technologies. He is a proactive leader with an outstanding track record managing and developing key accounts and maximizing profits for blue chip multinational companies.• Mr. David Blythe, Chief Technical Officer has more than 29 years of professional experience in the power generation, and renewable fuels sectors. He has over twenty years’ experience managing engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance organizations at commercial nuclear facilities along with managing large, complex projects. In 2005 Mr. Blythe founded and was the developer of Beatrice Biodiesel, one of the largest and most technologically advanced biodiesel facilities in the world.     • The OpportunitySince the invention of the combustion engine, the world economy has been dependenton fossil fuel. With increasing energy demands and growing concern over climatechange, a cleaner, cheaper, renewable fuel must become part of the global fuel solution.The use of biofuels not only reduces the dependence on fossil fuel, but it is alsorenewable, sustainable, and has a lower carbon footprint than fossil fuels.     • Bio-oils Plantation EstablishmentITS has the expertise to professionally develop, and manage large scale high-yieldingJatropha plantations, to produce sustainable feedstock’s that are not subject to the sameprice pressures as food-grade crops. Plantations will have 3,033 Jatropha trees perhectare and will have an anticipated yield per Hectare of 9 tons at year 3 and 12 tons atyear 6. The demand for Jatropha oil, which is recognized as a second generation, non-food oil, and does not compete with food supply is at an all-time high. The seed or oilcan be sold under a 3-5 year off-take contract. The seed-cake, which is produced duringthe oil extraction process, and can be sold as biomass for energy production, or as ananimal feed.Slide 9

    • Equipment OverviewLab Scale Biodiesel Processors:The Lab Scale Biodiesel processor isdesigned to produce biodiesel on a smallscale. The system has a 50 litre oilreservoir, a 12 litre methanol reservoir, and a30 litre settling reservoir with a throughputcapacity of 10 litres a minute.The Lab Scale system is used to test newfeedstocks at a larger biodiesel facility, in thelaboratory or educational setting for researchand development activities, or by a smallproducer who only needs to process a smallvolume of biodiesel on a daily or weeklybasis.Slide 16
