BANGSAR VILLAGE KIDS’ FOR KIDS’ SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS 2016
NOW OPEN FOR APPLICATION
KUALA LUMPUR, 15 January 2016 – Bangsar Village today announced
their Bangsar Village Kids’ for Kids’ Scholarship Awards is now open for
application until 30 April 2016. The Awards is for needy and deserving
individuals, who will be selected to read their undergraduate studies locally on
a full scholarship basis.
Criteria to apply for the awards are as follows:-
a) Malaysian citizen aged 17 to 20 years of age
b) Received an offer for a full-time Undergraduate Degree programme
from any local public institution
c) Minimum STPM grades : 3 As
d) Strong leadership skills demonstrated through active participation in
extra-curricular activities
e) Family household income not exceeding RM 4,000 per month
f) Plans to pursue the following disciplines : Engineering, Maths, Science
& Technology
Bangsar Village is the first shopping centre to offer scholarship awards but it
marks one in a string of charitable initiatives that the centre has undertaken
giving back to the community since it opened for business twelve years ago.
Application forms will be made available at the Information Counter in
Bangsar Village. Alternately, interested applicants may download the forms
and more information from www.bangsarvillage.com/k4kscholarship. The
deadline for submission is 30 April 2016.
