Jade Nielsen has over 20 years of experience producing live entertainment events through their company Jade Presents. Jade Presents is one of the top 100 promoters in the world and is the exclusive promoter for several venues in the Fargo-Moorhead area. They are proposing developing a new social club and event space in Fargo that would host concerts, private events, and community activities to enrich the local arts and entertainment scene.

The interior of the facility itself is not something to write home about. However, the ‘Peel’ has a tremendous amount of national support and admiration.
Maybe more importantly than that, it serves very much like a community event center; hosting school benefits, concerts, weddings and so on.

7. A LOOK FORWARD
• Year 1: We estimate a conservative 60 events including live concerts & private events for 2013 and ramping up to 100+ by year
2015
• Using an estimate of 800 capacity and Average of 500 patrons per event / 30,000 people in year 1 and moving towards 50,000 +
within 3 years of operation
• We have many unique event ideas to execute...many of which that we have not had the right facility for hosting.
• Ex: Homegrown - a downtown music festival covering one weekend in the spring or fall...featuring all locally ‘grown’ musicians
playing various venues; including - Fargo Social Club, Fargo Theatre, Aquarium, HoDo, VFW, the New Direction, Red Raven,
Studio 222, etc. This event could include former Fargo acts as well as current - Bobby Vee, Jonny Lang, Shannon Curfman, The
News, These Hearts, The Suit, Michael Pink, The Phones/Stickman, Post Tramatic Funk Syndrome, and so on.
• Fargo is consistently outselling larger markets...such as Des Moines, Madison, and Omaha. I believe with the growth and further
sophistication of the market, this space will prosper.
• We want to give touring musicians and regional fans a reason to come to Fargo...sleep, eat and experience downtown Fargo. This
facility would be a comfortable space that welcomes both the touring artist and music fan.

Jade Nielsen has a twenty-one (21) year history of producing live entertainment. In 2000, Jade began doing business as Jade
Presents (JP). JP produces and promotes live music, comedy, theatre, and all other genres that may fall within ‘live
entertainment’. JP also provides consultation services on facility design, technical, marketing, event promotion and
production.
We work diligently, using our business relationships, to provide quality entertainment for local consumers. Jade Presents has
been named one of the top 100 promoters in the world as reported by Pollstar magazine consecutively since 2002.
