2. In order to attract my audience I used competitions on my front page for
An Arctic monkeys single and a competition on my contents page for top man
Vouchers. I used these competitions as they are directly aimed at my
Demographics interests as my audience are likely to shop at topman and are highly
Likely to be Arctic Monkeys fans.. This means that my product is more likely to be
successful.

3. I also attracted my audience by using images of artists with guitars
and even just guitars on their own to display page numbers. This
creates an image of my magazine as one that focuses on guitar
music which directly addresses my audience. This is vital for my
magazine to address my audience so they know exactly what my
magazine offers in contrast with other existing products.

4. Although I have already mentioned the style of my models, It was very
important for me when creating my product to get the style of images
perfect in order to attract my audience. I realised I must use models
which sell an attitude and ego to fit in with the genre of music my
magazine focuses on.
I also made careful decisions on clothing and facial expressions in order for
my models to sell there appearance as rock and roll stars. This will attract
my young audience as they are likely to have ambitions themselves of
being a rock and roll star and look up to these types of artists with this
type of attitude.
