I want you to open twitter right now and in search I want you to type #ihatemyjob. This is real time live conversation about people griping out their boss, their job, their company, their colleagues. And don’t think that conversation gets buried. Go to facebook- and type BANK OF AMERICA sucks. You can also type I hate my job. These are people who now have a voice- and like it or not, cool etiquette or not, they now have vehicles to use that voice…and others are listening. So you DO stand out – either way… but one way is a lot more fun for you as an employer.
