About I am currently working on a PhD at the Open University of the United Kingdom where I investigate self-directed learning processes in ubiquitous MOOCs with learners using multiple mobile devices. This combines research and professional areas I have been working in for years at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp, Belgium and at the University of Athabasca, Canada.
