    Nguyen, personally I’m very fascinated by the value people leave behind on the walls of companies Facebook Fan Pages. Posting a simple pack shot or ’have a nice weekend’ comment generates hundreds or thousand of responses - letting people in on the brand sharing, participating with it and sharing their own version.

    slide #16 is especially true of people sharing their experiences of brands/companies w/their friends. we have plenty of non-marketing friends on facebook, who’ll certainly give their opinion on either a great or really bad experience w/a product or service. so i guess the challenge, would be: how do companies provide these people w/portable/shareable 'stuff' that they can make their own and share relevant bits of it to their friends? the brass plum example from ZJ is excellent execution of this.
