About Spero Strategies
               Ken Gryske started Spero Strategies to help people find better jobs faster.
               Understanding your needs, wants, and the dynamic employment environment,
               we can help repackage you to best fit into the "new economy".

               Spero Strategies helps individuals and organizations unlock their Purpose,
               Vision, and Mission - Giving them a tangible and lasting competitive
               advantage.
How we Help
               Ken is a member of the Professional Coaches, Mentors & Advisors
               organization and the International Coaches Federation. He also serves on the
Process Flow   Board of Directors for Community Health Charities of Arizona.

               Mr. Gryske has 22 years of experience in leadership, technology sales, and
Purpose        sales management. Most recently with CH2M HILL, he led Business
               Development efforts within the SW United States. He also held positions with
Vision         national sales responsibilities as North American OEM Sales Manager and as
               Director of Sales.
Mission        Prior to joining the private sector, he received a Regular Army Commission. As
               an Army Aviator, he was the commanding officer of a rapid deployable air

               Ken earned his MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA in Communications
