adrian chan, Self employed consultant at gravity7cool and thanks -- i can see how a cbs uses socmedia to bring in participants (a broadcaster will always think about its own audience first), or how red bull would use socmedia to provide cool content and cool audiences (a beverage needs associate with content because its content is liquid)... for brand plays, like Williams Sonoma, what's the best socmedia play? I'm wondering if conversational media make a good tool for branding, or are better for direct sales, events, promos, etc..5 years ago
