  1. Calitatea invatarii? (increase student acquisitions?) Reputatie? Brandul universitatii? De a partaja brandul si experienta UVT cu oameni din toata lumea? Sau, poate, prin MOOCuri UVT-ul are ca scop cultivarea in participant a creativitatii, pasiunii si competente tehnice necesare de a face fata provocarilor cruciale ale timpurilor prezente? Oamenii chiar invata? (daca un curs este bun pt 30 de oameni este el bun si pt 3000?) Costuri? Timp, bani, productie audio-video (echipamente), echipa? Cine/Ce/Cum? MOOC sunt doar o alta alternativa de predare-invatare in mediul online / univ trebuie sa foloseasca acest avantaj in folosul lor / este doar un alt model de a furniza educatie la distanta

Considerăm aceste demersuri ca elemente centrale subscrise strategiei UVT de a crește accesul la educație pentru zeci de mii de studenți și de a stimula școlile și universitățile să adopte metode de predare inovatoare și flexibile. În ciuda provocărilor prezentate de formatul online, aceste cursuri deschid reale oportunități atât pentru profesori, cât și pentru elevi și studenți: acces la cursuri de calitate, suplimentarea curriculei cu subiecte mai puțin explorate, automatizarea activităților mai puțin creative sau personalizarea conținuturilor prin interacțiune digitală. În plus, elevii și studenții vor avea posibilitatea să achiziționeze competențe transversale, să-și dezvolte și alte abilități necesare atât în viața de zi cu zi, cât și în viața profesională. În mod concret, UVT vine în întâmpinarea erei digitale în cadrul proiectului NOVAMOOC prin: metode noi de predare din zona educației deschise (flipped classroom, blended learning), crearea de cursuri MOOC în special pentru disciplinele transversale, dar și pentru cele care se adresează perfecționării cadrelor didactice, creșterea vizibilității în social media, dezvoltarea de cursuri prin integrarea de resurse educaționale deschise (OER). http://marshallelearning.com/blog/top-5-reasons-why-your-university-needs-a-mooc/

PRODUCTIA: echipamente și software audio/video, CINE SE VA OCUPA DE ASTA (echipa) CAT TIMP / CU CE BANI? / utilizarea de OER pentru a nu încălca drepturi de autor (de ex. la imagini) / la clipurile video cine se va ocupa de subtitrare?) TRANSMITEREA (LIVRAREA): cum se va face promovarea? CINE O VA FACE? Social media? Departamente dedicate? Cum se va urmari pe social media? / PLATFORMA – cine va face trainign? Cat timp? Cine va acord asistenta? Cum se va face monitorizarea inscrierirlor? / ASPECTELE DE ETICA (plagiat, codul de etica, citarea surselor externe etc.) / la sfarsit chestionarea studentilor incrisi: cum? Ce date de vor culege? / si apoi constructia cursului in sine de la syllabus la evaluare
