3. About the Red Scarf
Softest thing in the world, a cotton ball, a baby’s check, a puppy’s
tummy, no. What I’ve determined and unflinching to be the softest known
material in our universe, my red scarf. As freshly fallen snow, a mother’s
touch, light rain falling on my face. I feel all that with my red scarf, slender and
sleek, it gives me the power to be tough and self-assertive at the same time,
to remind me to be soft and zealous in whatever I do.
The red scarf made of pure cotton wool, slithering gently around my
neck, feeling its fluffy, thick, cushiony being so comfortable. The light of the
heaven rains down upon me, and my glowing radiance is blinding but also
easy on the eye.Arousing my senses. It keeps me warm and alive. Making me
look elegant, drop dead gorgeous, fit as a fiddle. It gives a smashing look to
one’s body to have the best figure just by putting it on. It is never out of date.
One gaze at this shiny armor, and it will bring me to a life full of fantasy.
Devoting myself to this red scarf, around my neck and shoulders, to just be
absorbed in it. It let one’s mind wonder amazing, extraordinary things. Its
shimmering, bloody red body coerces me to touch it. I cannot resist such a
lovely offer as this. I stroke its bright armor, graze itsmagical being, for it is
desirable.
The fragrance fills my heart with delight. Throwing away all bad scents.
Bringing aroma, sweet-smell into this world. The fondness and desire that I
4. have towards this red scarf is indescribable, to the extend that I have a soft
spot, a weakness I’m afraid to confess. It is my one and only, to get me
through the day. If the scarf were to be embezzled, or even, to be thrown
away, I will be crushed and it will scorch my skin to the nastiest.
As I worked on this essay, writing about the red scarf, I felt like I
wanted to be in a place that only people who loved red scarfs as much as I
do. Writing this essay was so amusing and I didn’t want to get out of it.
Labeling this object was easy because of how I felt towards it, it is like my
favorite thing, to the ends of the earth.
