 in PDF format
 You may submit updates to your proposal
 the last version prior to deadline is used
 the time of arrival in our email system counts
 You will receive an acknowledgement by email
after the call closes

5. Selection Process
 The proposals will be reviewed by
independent experts
 At least 2 per proposal
 The experts must reach a consensus on the
proposal ranking and the top ranked proposals
are then chosen
