 Prince William is the 2nd in line to the throne after his
father Charles.
 His mother was Princess Diana, who died in Paris in
1997.
 William’s Grandmother is Queen Elizabeth II, the
current Queen of England.
 Kate is from a normal background, it was
considered a fairytale marrying a Prince!
 Will and Kate are a very famous couple in England
and their wedding this year was a memorable
occasion in British history.

3. The Royal Engagement
 William and Kate (Catherine Middleton) met at
St. Andrews University in Scotland in 2001 and
have been dating ever since.
 They announced their Engagement on the 16th
November 2010.

4. The Wedding
 All Royal Weddings and Ceremonies take place
at Westminster Abbey
 April 29th 2011, declared a Holiday in England
and over 200 street parties!
 Cost more than £20 million
 Watched by nearly 2 billion viewers world wide

5. Family
 The whole Royal family attended, including other
Royals and important people from around the
world.

6. Happily Ever After!
 The Royal Wedding was a special day, and
resembled a fairytale dream come true day!
