We want to possess new things in life to keep going, a new Automobile , a
great House smartest phone, as in changing world everything changes faster than we think and catch
up with the matters our struggle to be one among few is real problem in the world . However if we
are not updated in the profession we are lost in spite of many materialistic possessions. Today’s
students are unpredictable and faster to gain the knowledge than we think, However the
Information technology is making the age old teachers who claim to be having long Years of
experience as obsolete, and forced to listen to them because of the compelling educational system
and examinations. Never forget Students too want to know something form us if you are an updated
teacher. I understand that equipping oneself with updated knowledge and experience is very critical
it is just not easy to do the things however I try to keep a little better if we wish to be respected in
the system we work. Only this allows me to cope with the strides of professionals developments,
some of the greatest rewards in my life have sprung out of the investments, long hours in dedicating
on even on trivial matters. I have made into learning for myself. I’m not talking about teaching in
College in this sense, though that still had some value, but in actually putting in my own time to
absorb new information about things. I am interested in. The process of self-teaching and learning is
entirely different to what we experience when we are taught by others because in the latter we are
not responsible except to do the work and hand in assignments on time. The younger generation
should think too much of themselves, as once we are employed no body is our master however self-
learning continues to be great tool if they wish to improve, it is unfortunate our educational system
loaded with ignorant people after practising profession for many decades,

Determine how you can ‘upgrade’ yourself. Improvement doesn’t have to be expensive. For
example, what would happen if you picked one topic each year? Let’s say you have a new job and
you want to be able to take on new and challenging projects, so you choose the topic of project
management. I always tell my junior colleagues I am not your master think about your self do you
wish to be the same next year with the same ignorance, never forget ignorance multiplies faster
than knowledge
Those who have demonstrated tremendous success in various fields, whether sportsmen, artists,
scientists and mountaineers, have been shown to have dedicated significant resources to self-
learning and building up knowledge and skills throughout life.
Improving in life carries much hard work just wish to be better try yourself

6 As a closing note, you will find it easier to self-teach when you are actually passionate about what
it is you are learning, and you get into the habit of learning in a certain way, each day.
And a final thought, make sure you allow yourself additional breathing space in the day, to relax or
simply do nothing too. A packed day is overwhelming, so no need to over-do it, just take advantage
of moments that would otherwise not be used effectively.
