2. INGREDIENTS.

3. 1 CUP OF FLOUR .

4. 1 CUP CORN MEAL.
1 TEASPOONS SALT.
1 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER.

5. 1 EGG.

6. 1 CUP MILK.

7. SEVERALS FRANKFURTERS.

8. DIRECTIONS.

9. 1. In a medium bowl, combine corn
meal, flour, salt and the baking powder.
Stir the eggs and milk.

10. 2. Preheat oil in a deep saucepan over
medium heat.

11. 3. Insert wooden skewers into
frankurters.

12. 4. Roll frankfurters in batter until well
coated.

13. 5. Fry 2two o 3three corn dogs at a
time until lightly browned, about 3
minutes.
