    4. But they’re never obtained alone. Results can be obtained in any number of ways. Coercion, Intimidation, Bullying, Blackmail, Threats, Enticement, Empowerment, Fear, Desire, Ambition, Commitment, Engagement, Ego, Excitement, Pride
    5. (And I’m ALWAYS learning, reading, asking, networking, testing, failing, sharing.) 20 Things I’ve learned about Leadership.
    6. Surround yourself with brilliant people. <1>
    7. ASK for ideas. <2>
    8. Talent Borrows. Genius Steals. <3>
    9. Kathy’s Golden Rules. <4> Craft a Clear and Compelling Mission. Put the Right People in the Right Jobs. Knock down barriers to their success.
    10. Roles vs. Rank <5>
    11. Even your best people will eventually work to the lowest acceptable standard. <6>
    12. Mistakes ARE acceptable. <7> As long as we learn from them.
    13. Accept BAD news well. <8>
    14. Leadership is NOT a zero-sum game. <9>
