1. COOKIES
INGREDIENTS:
-100 gr. of butter
-100 gr. of brown sugar
-75 gr. of white sugar
-2 pinches of salt
-1 teaspoonful of bicarbonate
-1 egg
-200 gr. of flour
-150 gr. of chocolate (bar)
-40 gr. of dried fruit--------- optional
1) Heat the oven to 180º C.
2) Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper.
3) Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
4) Melt the butter.
5) Add the sugar (stir until smooth), the salt, the bicarbonate, the egg and the flour.
6) Stir in the chocolate and the dried fruit.
7) Form the dough into very small balls and then flatten them just a little.
8) Put the cookies in the oven for about 5-6 minutes.
