What does representation mean? Include a Media Example….. Representation refers to the construction in mass media of aspects of ‘reality’ such as people, places, objects, events and cultural identities.
Denotation Identification of an image at a basic level.  The wallpaper has been torn off the walls.....
Connotation Linking further meaning to basic identification of images...   The wallpaper has been torn off the walls.....This suggests that  teenagers in our society today are unruly, reckless and destructive.
