The author did an internship at a leather industry where they learned that 90% of employees live below the poverty level. Through direct interviews and conversations with employees, the author gained an understanding of their feelings and struggles, such as a lack of work-life balance. The author then worked to find solutions such as motivational speeches, fringe benefits, and ensuring work-life balance to improve conditions for the employees.

2. As I did internship in a leather industry I had
a better knowledge about poor employees
because 90% of the employees employed are
under poverty level.
I felt something like ,if I am in there place
what I will need, want and be satisfied.

3.  I was one among them and learnt things to
solve there problem.
 First of all I came to know about their inner
sense by simple talk(interview) and
observation.

4.  I did not go anywhere outside to talk with
people because last month only I did
internship and experienced about the
individuals feelings.
 I use to sit and chat with them and I came to
know about the lack of work life balance .
