This presentation was presented in Unicom World Business Summit Conference 2015. It talks about using Lean Startup method for situation where both the problem and solution is not clear. Team can using Lean Ux and Lean analytics techniques. We presented our experience about using Lean Startup and Lean Ux techniques in one of our product development. In this development we iteratively developed the product using the Lean startup method. We covered the experience of how Lean Ux methods like ethnographic studies, Wireframing, Landing pages can be used effectively to get feedback
