1. Time martyr—satisfying others’ demands at
the cost of your own important tasks
2. Procrastinator—Putting up activities that
need to be done today
3. Distractor—Trivial matters take precedence
over important ones.

4. Underestimator—Assuming that a task will
take less time than it actually does.
5. Firefighter—Busy every time doing everything
himself
6. Perfectionist—Looking for perfection in
imperfect world
Effective use of time
 Setting goals—life without goals is like rudderless
boat

 Delegate—beware of “I can do it better fallacy”
