Customer Airtel (Bharti Cellular Ltd), wherein I am responsible for
GSM/GPRS/EDGE RF performance and design
Main responsibility was planning and optimization of GSM/GPRS/EDGE network.
 Responsible for all GPRS/EDGE/GSM RF KPIs like SDCCH drop, TCH Drop, IP
throughput as agreed between Airtel and Ericsson
 Optimization of GSM/EDGE/GPRS network for North central regions of Airtel.
 Analysis of Drive test for taking care of delayed handovers, low throughput
areas/patches, Non availability of PDCH timeslots in the down link etc.
